For any maps or walking trails, or hiring a bike, please ask at reception or at the bar in the restaurant in case our receptionist is just serving a beer to one of our thirsty guests.

Would you like tickets for the opera in Chemnitz or Dresden, again let us know in advance or ask at reception.

Once check out, you will receive another email which will ask you for any feedback you might have. We would appreciate your opinion as it helps us to improve our service and facilities.
